SayShan Technologies ("Fahmix AI") is committed to making its products usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the dashboard, the embedded chat widget, and this marketing site.
1. Our commitment

- Accessibility treated as a release requirement, not an afterthought
2. What we've built in
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus ring on interactive elements
- Semantic landmarks, headings, and ARIA roles for screen-reader navigation
- Respect for reduced-motion and a high-contrast dark mode
- Form fields with labels, error messaging, and
aria-invalidstates - Right-to-left (RTL) layouts for Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu
- A chat widget designed against the same AA bar as the dashboard
3. Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing. Some third-party embeds (e.g. payment provider iframes) and a few data-dense visualizations may not yet fully meet AA; we provide text equivalents where a chart is the primary information source and are actively remediating gaps.
4. Assistive technology tested
- Screen readers â NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack
- Browser zoom to 200% without loss of content or function
- Keyboard-only and switch-control navigation
