Fahmix AI is an outcome-based AI customer-support and sales platform for global SMB and mid-market businesses outside the Salesforce / HubSpot / Intercom orbit. We started where the incumbents don't look — Dhaka, Dubai, Mumbai — and built local payment rails, in-region data residency, and native dialect quality as the foundation, not the garnish.

The big support platforms were built for English-first enterprises with US-shaped buying habits. For a Dhaka F-commerce seller or a Dubai retailer, that means clumsy dialect handling, no local payment integration, data parked on the wrong continent, and pricing that assumes you have a 40-seat support team.
Fahmix AI inverts the priorities. We treat the AI model as a commodity input and compete on everything around it: how well it speaks Banglish, whether it can take a bKash payment, where the conversation data lives, and whether you can prove to a regulator exactly what the agent did and why.
That's also why we bill on outcomes. A platform confident in its quality can afford to only charge when it actually resolves something. It keeps us honest — our revenue is your resolution rate.
